Preparations for Cold Extrusion Rebar Machine

(1) According to the diameter, material and connection sleeve of the crimping connection, the crimping force and the number of crimping are determined by calculation and testing.
(2) Carry out the training of operators, and they will be allowed to work after passing the examination. Those who do not have the operation certificate are not allowed to construct.
(3) Choose suitable construction equipment and check whether the equipment is operating normally.
(4) After the steel sleeve is transported to the construction site, 5% of the processed steel sleeve shall be selected for inspection and acceptance. Those who fail to pass are not allowed to enter the site.

 

Precautions
(1) For steel bar extrusion connection, the minimum center spacing of steel bars is required to be 90mm.
(2) The axis of the connecting steel bar should be kept in line with the axis of the steel sleeve to prevent eccentricity and bending.
(3) The connection quality must be implemented in accordance with the requirements of the relevant regulations.
